Yes you can contact me anytime if you have any questions, concerns or are experiencing something you are not sure of. I would never leave you “floating in the wind” alone. If you choose to work with me, I will walk beside you and support you in whatever way I can.

Yes I can teach meditation techniques that you can use in your daily life that do not take a lot of time and will give you relief from stressful situations or from pain.

Many clients report feeling lighter and freer after the sessions. They feel generally more positive and more at peace and notice certain subtle differences when certain events happen in the future which would normally trigger them but don’t anymore.

Yes, everything is kept confidential. Just like doctor/patient relationship.

It is common to experience strong emotions during the sessions. I will gently guide you to sit with it and continue on the process as it will get better as the transformation progress continues. However, if you feel strongly that you do not want to continue, that is fine too as the sessions are “allowing” sessions, not “forcing” sessions.

Take it easy. Do something that you truly enjoy. Take a hot bubble bath, go for a walk, seat outside. Just relax.

Yes you will be able to drive after the session. However it is recommended that you take it easy for the rest of the day, drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol if possible. It is very common to feel very tired after the session so please try not to arrange to do much after the sessions.

Yes, any drug that affects the brain chemistry will affect the session. You may not be able to tap into the emotional trigger bridge if you are on medication. I recommend you come to the sessions when you are off the medication or are on low doses of the medication. Even on low doses, there is a chance we cannot tap into the subconscious mind but we can try.

My pricing fee structure is based on a sliding scale system, which takes into consideration an individual’s ability to pay. My standard fee is set at $150, however, this amount may vary based on your financial situation. My goal is to make my services accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. With this approach, my fees will be adjusted based on your income, ensuring that you only pay what you can afford. This way, everyone has an equal opportunity to benefit from our services. Yes sessions can be done in person or online via WhatsApp or Zoom. Prices are the same either way.

Although I use a variety of modalities in my practice, none of those specific modalities are covered by insurance at this present moment. The number of sessions vary from client to client. However because this is not traditional talk therapy or counselling, it will not require weekly sessions for long periods of time. Typically my clients come see me for 3 sessions and then maybe a session 6 months down the line if something else comes up.

Just come with an open mind.

It is common to feel emotional, tired, triggered, flu like symptoms, diarrhea following the session and may last 7-10 days and that’s because what is transformed during the session at an energetic level has a ripple effect out to the physical being and it takes time for the body to adjust.
